- The Ads Ops Staff is responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with various teams to achieve advertising goals.
Kualifikasi
- Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Experience in digital marketing, advertising operations, or similar roles is often preferred.
- Relevant Coursework: Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and media planning.
- Ad Management Platforms: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Data Handling: Basic skills in Excel or other data manipulation tools for analysis.
- Analytical Skills
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail
- Precision: Careful management of campaign setups to ensure accuracy in targeting and budgeting.
- Quality Control: Conducting thorough checks to ensure ads meet compliance and quality standards.
- Communication Skills
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and technical staff.
- Reporting: Clear communication of campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Skill in diagnosing and resolving issues related to ad delivery or tracking.
- Proactive Solutions: Ability to anticipate potential problems and implement preventative measures.
