Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) according to PSAK
- Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and standards.
- Provide support during due dilligence, internal and external audits
- Liaise with other departments, assist CFO and other team member in finance-related projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong understanding on Indonesian accounting regulations(PSAK) and general understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulation
- Proven experience with accounting software
- Experience motivating and developing a team is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team player with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
