PMI searches for products that cater to an untapped demand to offer something new to salon industry in Indonesia.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia but with some remote work flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong and lasting customer relationships, while identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager will be required to maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely responses to inquiries. The Account Manager will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that client needs are being met and that business processes are being satisfied.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate deals and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of sales programs according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the beauty or haircare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
