Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, and identify opportunities to grow the account.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales or renewal contracts.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or solutions to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Resolve client issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
Kualifikasi
- Experienced as an account manager for a minimum of 1 year.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business or a related field.
- Attractive appearance.
- Able to work in a team.
- Communicative.
