  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, and identify opportunities to grow the account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Negotiate and close sales or renewal contracts.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or solutions to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Resolve client issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Experienced as an account manager for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business or a related field.
  • Attractive appearance.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Communicative.
