Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and grow business accounts, ensuring revenue, TPV, and transaction goals are achieved.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and act as their internal advocate.
- Identify and understand client pain points, goals, and business models to create relevant solutions using AIT's products
- Lead the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, servicing, upselling, and renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Product, Legal, and Integration teams to deliver value and ensure operational smoothness.
- Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and reporting in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.
- Monitor market trends and gather insights to inform internal strategy and client recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
- Provide clear, data-informed reports and insights to internal stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Project Management (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or tech startup environments).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
- Comfortable handling client meetings, negotiations, and product discussions independently.
- Basic understanding of business operations, sales cycles, and financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, charts) and CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive to solve problems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Experience in fintech, payment systems, or working in a startup environment.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or product-based account management.
- Prior consulting or client-facing project management experience.
