Until now, PHE manages a portfolio and/or operations of 58 subsidiaries, 6 joint ventures and 2 affiliated companies that manage domestic and foreign oil and gas blocks, and are engaged in downstream oil and gas and services business activities, with the number of employees up to 2019 as many as 2,437 people.|
