Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and enhance relations with existing clients by various communication channels
- Plan, execute, and oversee events/gatherings aimed at solidifying relations, building new network, and other business objectives
- Ensuring user retention and repurchases by driving product adoption and maintaining good relationship with each subscribing clients
- Identify, nurture, and take advantage of upsell opportunities
- Manage and oversee all customers communications handled by the team
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in account or relationship management role
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
