Hi, Dealls-mate✨ I am Aini as a Human Capital Generalist at BVM Digital, a full-service corporate marketing communications company & post–production house, I contribute to the development and implementation of various human capital responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI, where I learned the fundamentals of human behavior, motivation, and self development. Furthermore, I have strengthened my expertise with a certification in Human Resources Professional from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, validating my comprehensive knowledge and competence in HR practices. I also have a background in video production and media, which I acquired from my previous work experiences and my vocational education in television production.
