Hi, I am Sinta. I am currently working as an English Literature lecturer and a researcher in Colonial-Postcolonial Literature and Culture. I graduated from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, majoring English Literature. My education and career paths have brought me to dive into the series of colonialism journey as reflected through literature and other forms of art: from post English Renaissance where the British East India Company was expanding to the age of Postcolonialism where the political and economic discourse in Middle East and South East Asia remain enigmatic. With the range in my field of interest, I would also be delighted to contribute to any research or module designing to study material culture as manifested in Victorian Industrial Revolution, Silk Road, and Western Popular Culture.
