Hello there, Sinta Kartika is here! She is a recent UGM psychology graduate. Sinta has had the privilege of dipping her toes into the world of HR for a bit over two years, where she has been involved in various functions, like recruitment, engagement/culture, HR generalist tasks, competency matrix, as well as learning development, and performance reviews. She is grateful to have received the 2nd RU Most Outstanding Student award. Besides her academic pursuits, she enjoys community service and volunteer work. Now, Sinta is diving into the fascinating realm of human dynamics and development, focusing on I/O psychology and forensic psychology. Currently, she's landed safely at Verihubs (https://verihubs.com/), an AI-based IT-SaaS company to learn many brand new things as an HR Generalist and Organizational Development.
