I recently graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King's College London and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have experience in talent acquisition, HR analytics, and change management, with published research in the Journal of Educational, Health and Community Psychology. Currently, I'm enhancing my skills in SQL, Tableau, and Python through a data analytics course.
