I am a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality and F&B industry, currently working as a Corporate HRGA Manager for corporate F&B business with multiple outlets in Bali. I am also a Human Resources Management services Consultant, providing HR solutions to various clients across different sectors. As a Corporate HRGA Manager, I am responsible for setting up the HR department, covering strategy and planning, HR operations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and communications, general affairs, and health, hygiene, and safety. I have successfully implemented several projects, such as establishing the company's mission statement and core values, reviewing and proposing a new organization structure, building employee engagement, creating a performance management system, and introducing a new HR information system. As a Human Resources Management services Consultant, I offer my expertise in HR functions and roles, HR business processes, external and internal environments, systems, procedures, and policies, as well as job analysis, HR planning, recruitment and selection, and performance appraisal. I have handled recruitment projects for mass, expat, and overseas candidates, and provided training and development programs to various organizations.
