Reswan Frediansyah

I am graduate student at IPB University. I am a committed person with high self-awareness, smart worker, and fast learner. I am an adaptable person that could work in any environment. I have participated in several organizations and projects to develop leadership, problem solving, and time management. I am a person who likes to discuss. I am open to discussing anything, such as problem solving, project organizing, business development, marketing, and sustainable business. There is one important thing that I continue to maintain, namely "no matter how busy I am, I must try to help other people". I never stop studying the meaning of leadership, because I don't want to be a rigid leader. If I am given responsibility as a leader, I will recruit people who are more competent than myself. Apart from that, for me there is no such thing as "Boss and Employees". When working, I don't like giving rules, with the caveat that all work must be completed well.
