A person who pursues the HR field, starting from working as an HR Consultant at a company in South Jakarta with experience handling several projects related to Organizational Development, Training, Learning & Development for 2 years with most clients being BUMN. Among the trainings that I have helped facilitate is the BEI Interview. In addition, currently pursuing work as a Bootcamp Product Owner and Career buddy, so I am responsible for the success of related products, including end to end mass hiring of experts. As a Product owner, I lead a cross-divisional team to achieve participant satisfaction targets.
