Hi, my name is Rauda Alessa. I currently work as the Design Head in the Business Development Department of Lifetime Design, one of the largest interior design and architecture firms in Indonesia, with a wide range of clients across the country. I graduated from ITENAS, where I studied architecture. I want to share insights about management in architecture and interior design firms, a topic that many people are not familiar with. As designers, we often think that management is not important, but understanding basic business and management principles is crucial for the sustainability and growth of a firm.
