Rastiti Yulinda

Graduated from Universitas Parahyangan Bandung, majoring in International Relations, I started my first step into people development field when joined with English First and Inlingua as an English Instructor.   From there, I have gained extensive exposure in Human Resources and Training working for Hotel Mulia Senayan, JW Marriott Jakarta, Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center, Mason Pine Hotel Bandung, Aston International (now Archipelago International).  Supporting the practical experience, I acquired certification as Certified Trainer and Certified Workplace Assessor (Hotel Industry), issued by Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) and also a certification in coaching.  Strengthening my practical skills in Human Resources, I also took a non-academic program as a Certified Global Human Capital Manager (CGHCM) My personal & professional mission statement is “To be engaged in people development by providing consultation, training or workshop facilitation, and individual coaching”.
