I am currently an Indonesia-based Associate at a mission-driven global advisory, data analytics, and research organization that helps international development leaders maximize their social impact. Prior to this, I worked for 6+ years in talent management/human resources space mainly for mid-sized technology startups. I also founded Cerdas Kolektif, an HR coaching and consulting firm, where I consult startups to shape great workplaces. I have a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Marketing Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
