Hi, I’m Putri 👋 — a UX & Service Designer who’s passionate about making technology feel more human. Over the years, I’ve worked on govtech platforms, e-health systems, blockchain, and SaaS products at places like Telkom Indonesia, BNI, and Prudential. But one of the things I love most is sharing what I’ve learned with others. That’s why I mentor in design programs with Binar Academy, Skilvul, SDID, and Telkom’s Digistar Club. In my mentoring classes, I guide learners through the real design process — from research and empathy, to prototyping, to building products that truly solve problems. My goal is to make design feel practical, fun, and impactful, so mentees not only gain skills but also the confidence to apply them in real projects.
