Hello, my name is Nicho Finsya Prananda. I have several years of experience working in customer service and logistics. Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, which have helped me grow in various roles. I started my career in customer service, where I handled inquiries, complaints, and provided excellent support to clients. Over time, I was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor, where I led a team, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. I also had the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Team Leader, where I coordinated the team’s daily activities, helped solve complex issues, and trained new employees. In addition to customer service, I have experience in logistics, working as a Hub Lead at a logistics company, managing the daily distribution of goods, handling delivery issues, and ensuring that all operational processes ran efficiently. Recently, I was selected as the Supervisor of Claims and Punishment at PT Global Jet Express, where I will be responsible for managing claims and complaints while ensuring the company’s policies are implemented correctly. I believe that my diverse experience in both customer service and logistics has given me a well-rounded perspective on operations and team management, and I am excited about new opportunities to continue growing professionally.
