Hello, everyone! I’m Natasya as psychology background, I passionate mentor in university & career preparation and communication skills. With a strong dedication to helping individuals unlock their full potential, I bring my expertise as a certified public speaking professional and trainer. I’ve guided more than 20 mentees in preparing their university and career path, such as CV reviews and mock interviews to scholarship applications, competition preparation and international program guidance. My journey is enriched by participating in various leadership and international programs such as awardee of XL Future Female Leaders, Instarter by Paragon, and eMpowering Youth Across ASEAN by ASEAN Foundation, which have shaped my global perspective and cross-cultural understanding. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at over 80 events and have received 30+ awards in areas such as writing, research, and social projects. One of the highlights of my academic journey was being honored as the 2nd Main Outstanding Student at the Undergraduate Level at Universitas Negeri Semarang.
