Muhammad Satya Himawan Danuartha

My name is Muhammad Satya Himawan Danuartha, usually called Satya. I was born in Yogyakarta on 05.02.1996. I have already worked as a professional engineering consultant for approximately 5 years as an engineer and geologist in Virama Karya Engineering Consultant. I got my bachelor's degree in Engineering Geology in 2018 from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia and my master's degree was obtained in 2022 from Diponegoro University, Indonesia. Currently, I am an LPDP awardee (Indonesian Endowment Fund) with a contract signing from 15 April 2024 until 31 March 2028. I will use the scholarship (LPDP) grant to support my doctoral project about “Strategic Water Source in Blora, Southern Rembang, and Southern Pati Regency Indonesia by Integrated Conservation of Surface and Groundwater Management”. My project will be supervised by Prof. Thomas Rüde from LIH (Lehrstuhl für Ingenieurgeologie und Hydrogeologie) department, RWTH Aachen. I am very passionate about sharing my experience in consultant company and research, especially in my field.
