With over 2 years of professional experience of Human Resource Management, Project Management, Partnership and Recruitment Process. Currently Fadhlan becoming Jr. Recruiter Associatefor Gear Inc. Indonesia. One of the best outsourcing and BPO companies in Indonesia. He began his journey as the Talent Management of Suara USU in 2020-2021 and General Leader for the 2021-2022 term.
