Hello, Dara's here! People used to call me Dara rather than my first name since it's a bit shorter & easy to pronnounce. I'm a Psychology graduate & currently working as Talent Acquisition at multi-national FMCG company (product: Pocari Sweat). Now it's been more than 1,5 years since i've decided myself to have a career in Human Resources field, and it's such an incredible journey for me as Talent Acquisition! If you wondering what my working days looks like, there are amount of applications that i received, thousands CVs that i screened, hundreds candidates that i called, dozens of interviewee & assessee to finally hired the best ones and yes, hundreds rejections has sent; what a full cycle of thing. Those all has taught me so much skills and what so called "instinct" as a Recruiter which just took me 1-2 minutes of CV reading to shortlisted them. The interview session been always the most exciting and insightful part, it's like a first date feeling when you have so much questions to be asked, topics to be discussed, until you know they are the ones once the "clicked" feeling come. Entering 2024, it might just a start line of a long intense competitions for job seekers while job openings look decreasing these days. In this imbalance situation, i want to contribute in helping job seekers & sharing with them on how to show their potentials & what exactly company expected now in this competitive era from my perspective as recruiter. It's a calling for me.
