Hi, I'm Kemas Riyan Eka Putra, i've been actively involved in the HR field since 2018, bringing over 13 years of experience across various roles, from HR practitioner to General Manager. I currently serves as Head of Training & Development at the HRD Community of South Sumatra, a network of over 350 companies in the region. I am also a professional HR Consultant, Motivational Speaker, and Team Building Instructor, working with numerous companies and mentoring young entrepreneurs across South Sumatra.
