Ignoring digital marketing is like business representing without audience. I have a professional passion in the area of digital marketing and the power it has to connect and inspire people around the globe. Today, at mthree comm, I am managing digital marketing team to assist clients to leverage their digital exposures through digital platform such as meta, google, tiktok, youtube etc. Aside of professional working, I spend my time as a part-time lecturer at STIE Hidayatullah, sharing my knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Human resource management and qualitative research method. Focusing on Human Resource Management, I also have another passion in a concept and research in the area of managing people. Though I have no professional experience in such area, I have published my researches which related to a concept of man-power planning. Digital marketing is in my blood, Research is my passion and writing is my hobby.
