Hi, Grahan here. I am an HCGA Supervisor at one of the biggest holding company in Indonesia mainly focused on property business. More than a decade of expertise as an HRGA team. I am handling most of People Engagement, Culture, Employer Branding, General Affairs including but not limited to Procurements, Building Maintenances, Employee Facilities, Office Managements, Travel and Accomodation Needs and several projects of renovations and office movements within the premises. Office Supplies and Consumables are also my responsibilites. Outsourcing Workforce such as Security Management and Office Boys are within my scope of work. I also handle external affairs to community for CSR programs, government agencies for permits and mandatory safety certifications. I have worked as an HR Office Coordinator to ensure HR Office supplies, projects and maintenances, employee events and HR Publications for internal employees are running smoothly.
