My journey in environmental engineering and safety began with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, leading to over five years of dedicated work in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). I started as an HSE officer, gaining valuable experience in hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety protocols. My commitment is demonstrated through certifications such as General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Air Pollution Controller, Radiation Protection, and Firefighting (Class D and C). Currently, I lead initiatives that enhance safety culture and environmental sustainability. I have successfully managed projects addressing critical issues like wastewater management, implementing innovative solutions to meet regulatory standards and reduce environmental impact. My primary goal is to deepen my expertise in HSE and expand my impact through strategic leadership roles. I aim to develop advanced skills in environmental protection technologies and sustainable practices. Being selected as a mentee in this mentoring class will provide invaluable insights from industry leaders, helping me refine my skills and achieve long-term career goals.
