Hi, my name is Flo. I am a professional with over 9 years of experience with a wealth of transferable skills gained in the retail sector. Specializing in HR generalist which is mainly in Talent Management and Organizational Development. Currently, I am working as HR Head for BP-AKR Joint Venture company, called PT Aneka Petroindo Raya. The role is critical within HR organization relates to talent acquisition, people development, organizational development, industrial relation including compliance to Indonesian manpower law in supporting the company's multi-year plan on bp service station expansion in Indonesia. Familiar with the dynamic and fast-moving environment, interested in organizational development, HRBP and investing in people.
