Hi, I am Ferandi R. Zen as a Senior Procurement Buyer at Indobara Bahana, a leading EPC company in industrial pump and fire protection, I manage the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of various goods and services for complex projects. I have successfully delivered cost savings, quality improvement, and timely completion for several contracts, such as power plant, high risk building, and water treatment systems. I also have extensive experience working with the government, especially in the education sector. I was a Junior Evaluator and Pre-Departure Program Team Leader at LPDP, the largest government scholarship in Indonesia, for more than two years. I was responsible for organizing, budgeting, and evaluating the training and orientation programs for thousands of scholarship awardees. I also collaborated with prominent speakers, such as the President and Vice President of Indonesia, Governor, Major, CEO Entrepreneur, and many more to inspire and motivate the future leaders of the nation. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics, and an Associate's degree in Public Speaking and Business Academy from Bintang Revolusi. I am skilled in procurement strategy, supply chain management, communication, problem solving, and leadership development.
