Faishal Zakirwan (Zaki)

There are no special humans, just humans with special self-belief. That is what I believe in; to keep taking impactful steps and leapfrog for career development. I am an innovation-oriented industrial engineering student at Universitas Brawijaya and currently working at Astra International as an Executive Development! I solidly believe in every individual's potential to grow as an outstanding leader; in light of this, in January 2023, I founded Your Growth Indonesia, a youth-oriented community organization (instagram.com/yourgrowth.id). The primary aim of this platform is to provide a nurturing environment for young Indonesians to develop their skills and abilities. Life is too short not to put my soul into something. Thus, I have always been involved in giving-back programs. I have had the privilege of serving as the CEO of StudentsxCEOs East Java, a youth-led organization in empowering students to navigate their career paths (instagram.com/studentsxceoseastjava). My extensive involvement in international relations, organization development, business management, and strategic partnerships has shaped me to feel capable of making breakthroughs and achieving the success in organizational excellence, human capital and resources development, people development, as well as product and project management. I will embark on all challenges to extensively demonstrate my greater integrity to activate my youth leadership beyond limits.
