Hi, I'm Erwin Damar Prasetyo, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk ("Elitery"), a leading IT services company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, I have held pivotal roles, including Head of Accounting at PT Hero Supermarket Tbk and Audit Manager at KPMG, specializing in various industries such as consumer goods, finance, and manufacturing. I hold a Master’s Degree in Finance and am a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Indonesia. In 2023, I had the honor of being selected as one of 150 global CFOs for an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. I’m also passionate about sharing practical knowledge as a "Praktisi Mengajar" lecturer across several universities, bridging academic theory with industry insights. I specialize in financial reporting, audit, and strategic financial management. My expertise includes financial reporting, auditing, and strategic financial management. Notable achievements include representing Indonesia as a youth mentor at the Special Olympics World Games, promoting inclusion and empowerment, and competing in Toastmasters International Speech Contests, which enhanced my communication and leadership skills.
