Erika Hotmaulina Sinaga, S.Psi., M.Th.

Hi, I'm Erika! I currently work as a Counselor Manager at Hacktiv8, a tech career bootcamp. I graduated from STTRI, where I studied theology and psychology integration, and I’m really excited to share about career transitions, emotional resilience, and personal growth. I started my counseling career in 2014 as a Student Counselor at the high school level. In 2018, I became a Telecounselor focusing on marriage and young adult life through STTRI. Since 2019, I’ve supported career switchers in tech as a Counselor at Hacktiv8, and stepped into the role of Counselor Manager in 2023. I am very passionate about helping people navigate life transitions, clarify their goals, and grow with purpose. I’m also the founder of singlewomen.id, a digital platform supporting the mental and spiritual well-being of single women. I’m excited to mentor through Dealls and walk alongside others in their personal and professional journey.
