Hi there! I am Elvira, currently working as Small and Medium Enterprise Relationship Manager at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk after completing my Management Trainee phase. In short, I execute the banking credit process from sales planning to payoff stage. Prior to this experience, I explored Product Management and People Management, especially in Recruitment at Shopee. My work has been centralized on People, Product, and Research in various industries, if I may say so. Personal interest of mine revolving around Mental Health, as supported from my major as Bachelor in Psychology and Writing that has been my hobby since kid. To add, I also take interest in Surviving Academic life, mostly on nailing the Skripsi Part.
