In my current role, I am responsible for recruiting and staffing, organization development, people development and training, compensation and benefit, industrial relation, employee relation, and HRIS. I leverage my skills in payroll management, industrial relations, and people development to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality in all HR processes and programs. I also partner with senior management and other stakeholders to design and implement HR policies and initiatives that support the company's vision, mission, and values.
