A C-suit leader with proven track record of successful accomplishments through progressing roles lately as Indonesia Country Director and Regional Leader of Hatch. As a Country Director, I am responsible for the growth, P&L, and operations of Hatch businesses in Indonesia covering the Southeast Asia markets. 24+ years of progressive career starting as a junior manager for a real estate developer then with Pelindo (lPC), the largest state-owned port operator to a country director position for Hatch, a premium brand in the mining, energy and infrastructure industries. In between, I travelled around the world for projects and assignments while working for a reputable British consulting firm Beckett Rankine and then AECOM, the world’s largest infrastructure consulting firm, prior to joining Hatch. Highlights of recent leadership experience in some anchor projects include: + Indonesia country lead for the $20B Sun Cable’s Australia-Asia Power Link renewable power project. + Business Sponsor and Technical Advisor for various advisory engagements with national and international lenders/banks on project financing deals in major mining and smelting development projects in Indonesia, reaching $7B of combined portfolio. + Project Director for select high-profile mining and infrastructure development projects in Indonesia. Awardee of various scholarships incl. Super Semar, Djarum Super, NUFFIC, World Bank, and Northumbria Scholarship.
