Dian Saputri

I collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to develop competency models, conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver technical training, and facilitate change management processes. I have successfully led and supported multiple projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS system, the development of a leadership development program, and the launch of an employee engagement survey. I have a strong background in management, and also have extensive skills and experience in using HR information systems, such as HRIS and SAP HR, to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and optimize workflows. I am passionate about learning and development, and I constantly seek new opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills. I am motivated by the impact that I can make on the organization and the people, and I strive to create a positive and productive work environment for everyone.
