Get To Know Devi Ariska
I am graduate of Padjadjaran University's Bachelor of Food Technology. And, currently I have just completed my Master's of Food Technology studies at Gadjah Mada University, passionate in the field of Food Technology and Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Food Safety I have just completed a Masters Degree research project in the field of Food Microbiology spesifically in the development of multistrain probiotics Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Dad-13, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum FNCC-0250 and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei GMRMP-001 from local fermented foods and their potential inhibition of Escherichia coli FNCC-0091 carried out in vitro and in vivo. This research was conducted at the Center for Food and Nutrition Studies, Gadjah Mada University and funded by PT. Royal Medicalink Pharmalab, Jakarta After graduating, I am currently working in the Food Industry in the Departement of Quality Control/Quality Assurance in the field of Microbiology Analysis. And, I can apply the knowledge I have gained in the world of lectures in the world of work.
