Hi, I'm Desy. I work as a People & Culture Manager or people know it better as an HR manager at PT. Classic Fine Foods Indonesia. I have 15 years of experience as an HR. Cycle of HR from Recruiting employees until industrial relations is my expertise. If you want to ask about HR, or want to ask about tips and tricks to get hired, how to good competition in the world of work, how to deal with superiors and various coworkers, or questions about employment law are also welcome. However please be specific what lesson do you need, this is to maximize duration of mentorship and your goals. 30 minutes is the mentorship time with me, I am a direct person, I think that is enough for the initial mentorship session. The next session may possible, but it may not, depend on the complexity of the lesson you need. Be polite, I am not your friend who has known you for a long time. So a polite mentorship email request, and specific needs are very important. I am also interested in and practice financial planning as well, several times teaching internally about financial literacy for beginner ; Gen Z ; or Sandwich generation.
