I am a Cyber Security Manager at Bank Jasa Jakarta, where I lead a team of IT security professionals to protect the bank's digital assets and operations from cyber threats. I have a Sarjana Teknik (S.T) degree in Teknik Informatika from Universitas Bengkulu and multiple certifications in operational risk management (ORM), Introduction to Ethical Hacking, and Decision-Making Fundamentals. With over eight years of experience in various IT security roles, I have successfully managed and delivered several security projects, such as enhancing the bank's security architecture, implementing ISO 27001, and improving the user retention rate by 25% through ethical hacking techniques. I collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practices, as well as conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident response. I am passionate about learning new skills and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions that enhance the security and performance of the bank's digital banking platform.
