Bima Surya Khoirul Fikri is a Petroleum Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung with a strong background in drilling and well intervention operations. Since starting his career in 2021 as an Engineer Assistant at D&C Performance & Well Control, Pertamina Hulu Rokan WK Rokan, Bima has specialized in data analytics, performance reviews, and operational optimization. In 2022, Bima transitioned to the Digitalization D&C team at PHR WK Rokan as a Digitalization Engineer. In this role, he develops innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and safety in drilling and well intervention. His work includes application development, operation digitization, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation. Bima has successfully led over 10 digital projects, generating significant financial benefits and improving safety standards. As a project manager, he oversees the complete lifecycle of digital solutions, from ideation to implementation, demonstrating strong project management, collaboration, and leadership skills. His ability to merge technical expertise in drilling with digital technology has been pivotal in solving complex operational issues.
