Senior HRGA 06/22 – 07/25 Overall leading the end-to-end HR life cycle for the company, which includes: - Recruiting and Talent Acquisitions • Directed the complete recruitment cycle at PT Sayap Mas Utama (Cakung ), handling every step from finding candidates to making the final hire. • Conducted job postings on LinkedIn and established partnerships with universities to develop a robust talent pool and pipeline. • Coordinated onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture. • Developed corporate communications materials, such as creating birthday posters and sending them to group chats and welcoming new joiners. • Manage employee contract status, renewal and termination • Updating and maintaining employee personnel record and support documents • Assist day to day HR function, especially in clerical and administrative support - Compensation and Benefits • Handle payroll process starting from salary input, overtime process, allowance process • Register, monitor, and maintain BPJS for employee • Handle and monitor Employee Leave Balance and Medical Reimbursment in system • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment related laws • Resolve payroll issues • Employee Engagement • General Affairs
