"My career journey is characterized by a strong commitment to quality, safety, and excellence. I have had the privilege of helping organizations achieve ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications, along with expertise in SMK3 PP 50 Tahun 2012 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and compliance with SNI (Standard National Indonesia). As a Lead Consultant, I've played a pivotal role in guiding projects to successful outcomes, driving teams toward these certifications and standards. Alongside project leadership, I've conducted comprehensive training sessions on ISO, SMK3, documentation practices, and related subjects through both public and in-house programs. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Petra Christian University, which complements my professional experience. Currently, I'm further enriching my knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's degree in Management (S2) at STIE Indonesia European University. My personal mission statement is to influence positive change, inspiring individuals and organizations to excel through my actions.
