Arry Rahmawan Destyanto

I am a passionate educator with a focus on higher education. My background is in Industrial Engineering, but I have developed a keen interest in effective teaching methods and educational strategies for adult learners in the context of higher education. I have been working as an educator since 2010 and was appointed as a permanent lecturer at Universitas Indonesia in 2016. Over the past 12 years, I have also gained valuable experience delivering professional training for corporations, government organizations, and NGOs, aimed at improving their business operations and productivity. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands to further deepen my understanding of effective teaching and research.
