The Story of Generalist My first work experience was in Djarum as a Marketing Trainee. The work scope was very broad, from handling sales and canvassing teams to event management. Then I switched my career to the product team at Astra International, I was handling a digital product called Movic as a Data Analyst and BD, and then I got an opportunity to join the Center of Excellence to build Astra Digital Academy as a People and Culture Associate. Around 2022, I moved to Shopee and worked as an E-Learning and Gamification Designer and got laid off in March 2023 (lol). Now I work as a Learning and Development in a Private District Company, focusing on building an LMS called JakLearn, creating an end-to-end journey for users, and acting as product owner of the LMS itself. Currently, I'm still looking for a new opportunity while trying to survive in Jakarta.
