Alifiansyah Ahmad

I am a psychology graduate who studies self-development, especially in optimizing individuals for their careers, both individually and organizationally. I developed this knowledge through my active participation in various activities, such as: training facilitator, student and student selection, and taking a role in human resource development in organizations. I also developed myself in the field of design by applying my knowledge to analyze, plan, and market products or services digitally. These activities have shaped me into a person who is able to work both individually and in groups, and adapt to new environments.
