Hi! I'm currently work as Continuous Improvement at Asia Pulp and Paper. Primary focus is on identifying areas for improvement within an organization and implementing solutions to drive positive change. I have a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and can effectively analyze data to identify areas of inefficiency or waste. Skilled in project management, Lean Six Sigma and can lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable results. In addition, I have excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build buy-in for change initiatives. Expertise in process improvement and I have ability to drive positive change make a valuable asset to any organization seeking to improve its operations and increase efficiency. I hold a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Jenderal Soedirman University. I continue updating my skills and have also earned several certifications including but not limited to: Project Management, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, R Programming Language Data Science, and Deep Learning.
