Alfa Haga Rachmady

Hello, my name is Alfa. I currently work at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) as Vice President of Human Capital Strategic Planning. My latest educational course is Master of Business Law from Gadjah Mada University (in 2022) after I graduated as MBA from Unviersity of Sunderland (back in 2014) and Communications Management Bachelor from Padjadjaran University (back in 2009). My journey began with a Communication degree from Universitas Padjadjaran. I started as a Public Relations Officer, then became a First Assistant to a President Director, followed by a role in Marketing. Seeking growth, I pursued an MBA at the University of Sunderland, UK. This opened doors to exciting opportunities. I headed Corporate Communication at PT HK Realtindo, then became a Program Management Officer for Hutama Karya's transformation into an infrastructure developer. My path led to roles as Head of Corporate Communications for PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and Corporate Secretary for PT Hutama Karya Infrastructure. During this time, I earned a Master of Business Law from Gadjah Mada University. Recently, I've focused on human capital, serving as VP of Talent Management & Development (2021-2023). Now, I'm VP of Human Capital Strategic Planning. Each role taught me valuable lessons. I've faced challenges, celebrated successes, and grown immensely. This diverse experience drives my passion for mentoring. I offer insights from my journey, ready to listen and learn from others.
