Im Aditya Wahid Nur Hidayat, im 25 yo. I have a lot of experience in the field of business and factories so I know how to treat people according to their individuality, how to have good networking with consumers, how we plan and execute plans, etc. Before covid-19, i make my company growth as well from 5 employee in 2015, to 250 employee in 2020. Im experience in every detail parts of business. How to lead team, how to looking for customer behaviour/organization behaviour, how risk management if we execution plan, knowing about situation when we push and down employee to get high performance. My experience, we can't going something plan without indicator data and i have experience about it. Example, how to develop self esteem employee in internal company. We can't miss every details indicator and we can compile a data and strategic plan. Then, we have strategic to raise self efficacy in team. We can't miss details on indicator data, and we have what a potential from employee. Eventually, employee get high performance, department can achieve the target, and company can grow up.
