Job Description
- Assist in reviewing Letter of Credit (LC) documents and preparing the required documents for LC submission.
- Assist in monitoring bank balances through internet banking platforms.- Prepare and organize banking-related documents for submission.
- Scan, file, and maintain banking and financial documents.
- Provide administrative support for daily Working Capital operations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Working Capital team.
Requirements
- Final-year students (with no remaining classes) or fresh graduates from Finance or Accounting.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work systematically.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship program and work fully from office (Monday–Friday)
- Available to join ASAP.
