Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations through WMS, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage inventory and SKU accuracy within WMS.
- Monitor end-to-end workflows, from inbound to inventory management.
- Ensure synchronization of marketplace orders with the WMS.
- Handle outbound processes, return management, and prepare operational reports.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of distribution, logistics, or fulfillment processes.
- Experienced in using WMS systems; knowledge of omnichannel platforms (Jubelio, Ginee, Perpack) is a plus.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
- Proficient in operating WMS and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
